The villa is located in the highly sought-after Kolymbithres area of Naoussa, on the north-eastern coast of Paros.
Kolymbithres sits on the western shore of Naoussa Bay and is one of the most distinctive landscapes in the Cyclades. Over thousands of years, wind and sea have shaped its granite into smooth, sculptural forms, which divide the shoreline into small sandy coves with shallow, crystal-clear water.
A few minutes along the coast, the sheltered bay of Monastiri and the trails of Paros Park lead to the old lighthouse.
On the hill above, the Mycenaean acropolis of Koukounaries has looked out over the bay for more than three thousand years.
